Join the Black Gold Car Show Volunteer Team!

The success of the Black Gold Car Show is made possible by dedicated volunteers who help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for participants and attendees. This is a great opportunity to be a part of one of the biggest small-town car shows in the Midwest while giving back to the community.

We need volunteers for various roles throughout the day. Below are the available positions and shift times. Sign up today and be a part of this exciting event!

Volunteer Opportunities

Parkers (10 needed)
???? Time: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Assist in directing vehicles to designated parking areas and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.

Trash Pick-Up Crew (8 needed)
???? Time: 2-hour shifts starting at 8:00 AM
Help keep the event grounds clean by collecting and disposing of trash in designated areas.

T-Shirt Sales Table (4 needed)
???? Time: 3-hour shift starting at 8:00 AM
Assist with selling official event merchandise and ensuring attendees receive their purchases.

Registration Table (4 needed)
???? Time: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Help check in registered participants and distribute necessary event materials.

Street Barricade Setup (2 needed)
???? Time: 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM
Assist in placing barricades to safely block off event areas before the show begins.

Street Barricade Tear Down (2 needed)
???? Time: 3:00 PM – 4:45 PM
Help remove barricades and reopen the streets after the event concludes.

Trash Can Setup (5 needed)
???? Time: 6:00 AM
Ensure trash cans are properly placed around the event area.

Trash Can Tear Down (5 needed)
???? Time: 4:00 PM
Assist in removing trash cans and ensuring the area is clean post-event.
